On Sunday (18:30) RSC Anderlecht head to the Ghelamco Arena for the 32nd match day of the Jupiler Pro League. The coach prefaces Sunday's game against KAA Gent.
Vincent Kompany wants to keep calm ahead of the important game in Ghent. "We are working towards Sunday. But I don’t want to be occupied with the mathematics of reaching the Champions’ play offs. It doesn't matter if we play at home or away, a team like RSC Anderlecht always goes for the win. It will be a game between two teams with a lot of quality and I think it will be a nice match to watch. As always, we’re working as a team towards the match."
Manager of the Belgian national team Roberto Martinez announced his selection for the Red Devils this afternoon, which includes a whole batch of young players Made in Neerpede. Vincent Kompany sees this as just the beginning. "That is beautiful. But there are many more to come. It’s a great sign that they’re all boys who remain connected to the club and Neerpede. Hopefully the match against Burkina Faso at the Lotto Park will give them a trusted feeling and hopefully they can show that the next generation is coming."
