With the menu in 'La Table du Chef', Yves Mattagne wants to take his guests on a journey. It's the perfect place for those who want to share a culinary experience with business associates or friends. Based on the innovative concept of food sharing, each guest can enjoy a wide selection of tasty and delicate dishes inspired by Chef Mattagne's many travels in a relaxed atmosphere.

Fusion cuisine by Chef Benjamin
The new Grand Place restaurant is led by young chef Benjamin Schijns. Benjamin's first passion was oenology with Xavier Faber and Eric Boschman. He then turned to cooking and trained with the best, including Yves Mattagne at Seagrill. He likes to explore new flavours and offers fusion cuisine inspired by the Middle East.
