MOBILITY
CAR
- Parking is prohibited on Kaudenaardestraat, Broekstraat and around the water basin.
- Parking Westland is available and costs €10. Payment can be made by cash, credit card and Pcard+. Reservations can be made in advance at booking.interparking.be. More information at interparking.be. Please be aware that the parking closes 3 hours after the final whistle.
- Parking CERIA-COOVI is available. From this car park, take the metro towards Hermann-Debroux to the Saint-Guidon stop. When purchasing a metro ticket, parking is free, your metro ticket counts as a parking ticket, you must validate this at the machine. - Parking Bordet at Erasmus Hospital is open. From here, take the metro at Erasmus stop to Saint-Guidon stop. Parking costs €3.5 (excluding metro ticket). To be sure of your spot, book now at booking.interparking.be.
Check out the route from Bordet to Lotto Park. - Parking Decathlon is available, but the De Lijn shuttle is no longer offered. Supporters can take the metro from this parking lot via the stop 'Eddy Merckx' (5 min walk) to the stop 'Sint-Guido'. From Sint-Guido it's a few minutes walk to the Lotto Park. The total travel time from parking Decathlon to Lotto Park is 22 minutes. View the itinerary from parking Decathlon to Lotto Park.
- Supporters with mental and/or physical disabilities who are not wheelchair-bound can park in Victor & Jules Bertaux Avenue with their disabled parking pass. Wheelchair supporters without a parking space can also park their car in this street. This is public road, the club cannot guarantee that there will be space.
METRO
- Line 5: ERASMUS - HERMAN-DEBROUX. This line stops at the metro station Sint-Guido, 600 meters from the stadium. A 5-minute walk will get you to the stadium.
BUS
- SINT-GUIDO STOP. From the Sint-Guido stop, you can easily walk to the stadium. Sint-Guido is only 600m away from the Lotto Park. A 5-minute walk will get you to the stadium.
- WESTLAND SHOPPING STOP. Westland Shopping stop is 1000m the Lotto Park. It takes 15 minutes to walk there.
BICYCLE
- The bicycle parking is located on the Théo Verbeecklaan opposite the René Henrystraat, the entrance is at parking Eurostar A. Supporters coming to the match can park their bikes here for free on match day. The parking is open until 3 hours after the match. So get your bike on time, because the parking will be closed. The bicycle parking is supervised, but be sure to secure your bike with a solid lock. RSC Anderlecht is under no circumstances liable for theft.
DIGITAL SEASON TICKET & SCANNING
Single ticket holders
If you bought a separate ticket, you received your tickets in PDF via e-mail. You can also find the tickets in your ticketing profile. Always assign your tickets to the people who will enter the stadium. You can enter in the following ways:
- Open the PDF and click on your preferred digital wallet (Apple or Android), don't forget to save so your ticket is also available offline. Connectivity may be limited in and around Lotto Park, so do this in advance. Scan the QR code when entering
- Print your tickets on paper and scan the barcode at the top as you enter.
Season ticket holders
This means that you will no longer receive a physical season ticket this season. You can scan your season ticket via your smartphone.
VIA THE APP
Connectivity in and around the stadium may be limited, so download your app & tickets before coming to the stadium.
- Download the latest version of the RSCA app from the App store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Open the app and log in with your RSCA account
- Go to ‘Profile’ (bottom right) and click on ‘ABO’ (no longer ‘my tickets’)
- Your season tickets will now appear, click on them to open the QR code or add it to your digital Wallet
- Scan in with the QR code in the App/Wallet
VIA THE TICKETING WEBSITE ON YOUR SMARTPHONE
- Surf to www.ticketing.rsca.be
- Log in with your subscription e-mail address
- Click on “account"
- You'll see your digital subscription
- Click on the card symbol at bottom left
- You can scan your subscription with the barcode
SEND TO YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE BY SMS
- Surf to www.ticketing.rsca.be
- Log in with your e-mail address linked to your subscription
- Click on your name at top right
- Click on “your account"
- Scroll down to “cards”.
- You'll see your digital subscription
- Click on the sms symbol
- Choose Apple or Android
- Fill in the phone number
- Click on “Send
- The person to whom the SMS is sent can scan the barcode.
TICKETING
- Ticketing counters open 2h before the match until the start of the match.
- On match day there will be no ticket sale at the ticket office
FANSHOP
- The fan shop opens on match days on Thursday & Saturday at 10 a.m. and on Sunday starting 3 hours before the game. It always closes 15 minutes before kickoff. After the final whistle, you can visit it until one hour after the match.
SECURITY
- Please always take the seat that corresponds to your ticket and make sure that the aisles of the stands are clear at all times.
- Reminder: the throwing of objects and the use of pyrotechnics are prohibited and will be severely punished. The club will also be penalised with heavy fines and other sanctions.
- Every supporter who enters the stadium must have a valid ticket corresponding to his/her identity documents. Tickets and season tickets should therefore always be personalized. Violations may result in heavy fines. More info
- It is forbidden to bring large bags. Only bags with a maximum size of an A4 sheet are allowed. No lockers are provided where backpacks and handbags can be stored.
- Umbrellas with an iron tip are not allowed. Stewards will accept a smaller umbrella with a blunt tip.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the stadium.
