The war in Ukraine has sparked reactions all over the world. In our first home game since the invasion of Ukraine, our club wishes to show our support for the Ukrainian people together with our fans.
The shirts of both RSC Anderlecht and our opponent KAS Eupen will therefore be auctioned via rsca.be/ukraine. The proceeds of the auction will be entirely donated to SOS Kinderdorpen.
SOS Kinderdorpen has been supporting children and families in need in Ukraine for 20 years. Especially in the region of Lugansk in the east of the country, these families have been under severe pressure for many years as a result of the ongoing violence. The escalation into a full-blown war is now endangering hundreds of thousands of children and families. SOS Kinderdorpen is occupied with the evacuation of children and foster parents, but also offers emergency aid to families who have nowhere to go. They mainly need food, water, medical care, psychosocial support, material assistance and hygiene.
A financial donation from RSC Anderlecht, KAS Eupen and our supporters will provide this project with an essential boost. Moreover, the unique shirt will be a real collector's item for the fans, with a mention of the semi-final and a subtle Ukrainian flag on the chest.
Fans and sympathisers can now place a bid for their favourite shirt at rsca.be/ukraine.
