Last Sunday, the first edition of the Tous Mauves & Capital Job Fair took place, a collaboration between Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht and Capital in the context of Tous Mauves. More than 100 Brussels youngsters came into contact with the thirteen companies present, before attending the match against KAS Eupen in Sporting’s business seats and even our partners’ private boxes.
Tous Mauves
Tous Mauves is the inclusion program with which RSCA and presenting partner Telenet want to offer 5,000 socially vulnerable youngsters (mainly aged 8 to 18) in and outside of Brussels the opportunity to discover and develop their talents each year. The goal is to accelerate and strengthen social inclusion. Within the program, the emphasis lies on 5 inclusion pillars: gender, digital, sporting, professional and educational inclusion.
Capital
With partner organization Capital, the one-stop source that inspires, stimulates and guides Brussels young people in their personal and professional development, RSCA focuses on the professional inclusion pillar to accelerate the integration of young people into the labor market.
Job fair in the Lotto Park
RSC Anderlecht and Capital organized a job fair in the Lotto Park last Sunday. More than 100 Brussels youngsters were able to discover numerous professions in 13 different companies and gained access to the extensive business network of RSCA.
Employees of the companies present gave the young people an introduction to what the jobs they have to offer, and what opportunities are given to young talent within their respective companies.
The job fair was followed by speeches from both Capital and RSCA, a networking moment, but of course: a match as well. With RSC Anderlecht - Eupen programmed that evening at the Lotto Park, the youngsters present were given the opportunity to connect with RSCA's extensive business network before, during and after the game. They attended the match from the business seats, and some of them even had access to the private boxes of our partners to connect and introduce themselves. An enriching experience for both the participants and companies present.
In addition to Capital, the other partner organizations of Tous Mauves were also represented in the Park on Sunday. More than 200 members of the ten other partner organizations were able to attend the game thanks to Telenet. An unforgettable experience.
