As a Mauve+ Silver member, you are first in line to buy tickets after the season ticket holders. You can buy up to two tickets during the priority period for all matches at Lotto Park: league, cup or European. In addition, you also enjoy unlimited access to Mauve TV.
As Mauve+ Gold member you become a premium fan of purple and white. On top of your the Mauve+ Silver advantages, you will also receive a premium box with an official shirt with printing of your choice. Mauve+ Gold members are also invited to exclusive experiences throughout the season.

I want to become a member, what do I need to do?
Buy your membership on ticketing.rsca.be. This will give you immediate access to Mauve TV, activate your ticket priority (Mauve+ Silver and Gold only) and get you on the guest list for the exclusive Mauve+ Gold events (M+ Gold only). After that, you order the box in the shop and it will be delivered at home.

I want to gift a membership, what should I do?
Buy the Mauve TV gift card, the Mauve+ Silver box or Mauve+ Gold box on the webshop or in the fan shop. This box contains everything you need to get your benefits: Mauve TV, ticket priority (Silver & Gold only) and invitations to exclusive events (Mauve+ Gold only).

I bought a Mauve+ Gold membership on ticketing.rsca.be. How can I order my box with the shirt?
Log in to shop.rsca.be with the profile with which you became a Mauve+ Gold member (the same Mauve ID) and click on "Mauve+ Gold" in the menu bar. Choose your favourite shirt and select the corresponding product, "Mauve+ Gold Box - Home", "Mauve+ Gold Box - Away" or "Mauve+ Gold Box - 3rd". If you are logged in and did not yet order a box, the amount will drop from €150 to €0. You can now choose the size, personalise the shirt and complete your order.

How many tickets can I buy as Mauve+ Silver or Mauve+ Gold during the priority period?
As a Mauve+ Silver or Mauve+ Gold member, you have priority for ticket sales of league and cup games at Lotto Park. For season 23-24, you can buy up to two tickets, while the stock lasts.
As a Mauve+ Silver or Mauve+ Gold, am I guaranteed to get a seat?
No, you have priority on tickets while they are available in stock. To be sure of getting a seat, you need to become a season ticket holder. Season ticket holders also always have first priority to purchase their own seats for Croky Cup games.
I have a Mauve TV subscription for €25 a year or €2.5 a month. Do I also have priority access to tickets?
No, as a Mauve TV subscriber, you can watch all the videos on Mauve TV, but do not have priority on tickets. Become Mauve+ Silver or Mauve+ Gold to get priority on tickets.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. HOW DO I DO IT?
Each membership has a minimum term of 12 months. If you have a continuous payment membership, it will automatically renew on the expiration date. If you do not want this to happen, you can cancel it one month before the expiration date under 'my subscriptions'. Would you like to stop the automatic renewal earlier?
