Supporters say their goodbyes to Mister Michel

About 500 supporters came to bid their farewell to Mister Michel on Saturday morning.

Saturday morning, the Lotto Park opened its doors to fans that wanted to say their goodbyes to Mister Michel. The former Anderlecht-manager passed away on Wednesday at the of 91. Some 500 supporters came to bid their farewell to Mister Michel and signed the obituary.

The obituary will also be available before the game on Sunday, as from 6 PM. Before kick-off, the club together with its fans will bring a homage to Mister Michel, including a minute's silence before kick-off in the presence of his son Michael Verschueren and other family members. The players will be wearing a mourning band during the game. 

The funeral will take place on Monday in the presence of family and friends (invitation only).
