Hubert Lemaire opens up. In his book "Achter de schermen bij Sporting Anderlecht", Hubert reflects on his 22 seasons as a physical coach at the country's biggest club, sharing memorable anecdotes about his collaboration with legendary players and coaches.
Last April, at the age of 64, Hubert announced that he would end his career as a physical coach for the Mauves at the end of the season. After dedicating more than two decades to honing the physical condition of Neerpede’s talents, he is now enjoying a well-deserved retirement.
However, doing nothing is not his style. The former physical coach wrote "Achter de schermen bij Sporting Anderlecht", a book that gives readers a glimpse into his work at RSC Anderlecht and shares many entertaining anecdotes from his time at the club.
On Wednesday, November 20th, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Hubert Lemaire will be at the RSC Anderlecht fanshop for a book signing session. The book will be available in both French and Dutch.
