Midfielder Alexis Flips will be on loan at Sporting Charleroi for the rest of the season, with an option to buy included in the deal for the Carolos.
Alexis transferred from Stade de Reims last summer and has currently played 14 games for purple and white. He spent the last six months on loan with Turkey's Ankaragücü.
