As Client Service Manager, you play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients and partners.

You have an eye for detail and are continuously focused on improving customer satisfaction and experience. You have mastered the art of "storytelling" and can develop and confidently present a compelling argument. You present information in a way that is easily understood. You define and translate the partner's marketing needs into rolled-out campaigns.

You combine customer focus with a commercial flair, helping to support RSCA's overall growth.

• You're curious about the business of our client's business and how they make money. You can harness those learnings to inform strategic thinking.
  • You'll translate this input into a clear briefing for the internal media team you work with;
  • You'll ensure projects & activations have clear objectives, timelines, ownership, and deliverables.
  • You'll have articulate conversations with clients to manage feedback to get our best work through.
• You can formulate a strong POV on deliverables and understand how to bring together different workstreams in a cohesive way.
• You think about the clubs processes and how they could be streamlined and improved. Is interested in the financial side of Business Management and contributes to scope development/management.

• At least 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, such as account manager, sales manager, media manager, product manager, preferably within the media or entertainment sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Commercial flair and ability to identify opportunities that improve customer satisfaction and business results.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive team player who takes initiative and shows responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a commercial field or similar; a master's is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Flexibly employable, including willingness to work during events, weekends and evenings.
