As Partner Marketing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring the smooth development of campaigns and the development of long-term client relationships. 

You can think strategically, have exceptional communication skills and can develop a persuasive argument and present it confidently. You present information in a way that is easy to understand. You define and translate the partner's marketing needs into rolled-out (digital) campaigns.

You will combine customer focus with commercial flair, helping to support RSCA's overall growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible and committed to client success.

• You're curious about the business of our client's business and how they make money. You can harness those learnings to inform strategic thinking.
  • You'll translate this input into a clear briefing for the internal media team you work with;
  • You'll ensure projects & activations have clear objectives, timelines, ownership, and deliverables.
  • You'll have articulate conversations with clients to manage feedback to get our best work through.
• You can formulate a strong POV on deliverables and understand how to bring together different workstreams in a cohesive way.
• You think about the clubs processes and how they could be streamlined and improved. Is interested in the financial side of Business Management and contributes to scope development/management.

• At least 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, such as account manager, sales manager, media manager, product manager, preferably within the media or entertainment sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Commercial flair and ability to identify opportunities that improve customer satisfaction and business results.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive team player who takes initiative and shows responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a commercial field or similar; a master's is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Flexibly employable, including willingness to work during events, weekends and evenings.
