Practical information
- If you buy a ticket, please print your ticket. If you have the latest version of the app, you can also get in smoothly by scanning with your smartphone. For this match, you cannot get in with the season ticket.
- It is forbidden to bring large bags. Only bags with a maximum size of an A4 sheet are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the stadium. Please comply with this measure.
Mobility
Due to the summer period, crowds are expected on the roads in and around Brussels. So - if possible - come on time and avoid the car. You can enter the stadium from 10:30 a.m. for activities. So avoid the crowds and enjoy the activities before the match.
- The stadium can be reached by public transportation via Sint-Guido metro station, 600 meters from the stadium.
- If you come by train, you can take metro line 5 towards Erasmus at Brussels-Central station until the Sint-Guidostop. Brussels- South station is less than 3 km from Lotto Park. There you can take the bus to The Lotto Park, mivb.be for the timetable. Plan your train trip via belgiantrain.be.
- A pop-up bicycle parking area has been provided at the Rombaux roundabout. The bicycle parking is free of charge. Be sure to secure your bike with a good lock.
Car Parking
- Parking Westland is not available.
- If you do come by car, you can go to Parking CERIA-COOVI. From this car park take the subway Hermann-Debroux to the Saint-Guidon stop. If you buy a metro ticket, parking is free, your metro ticket is validated at the ticket machine. View the route from Parking CERIA-COOVI to Lotto Park on Google Maps.
- Parking is prohibited on Kaudenaardestraat, Broekstraat and around the water basin.
- Parking Bordet at Erasmus Hospital is open. From here, take the metro Erasmus to the Saint-Guidon stop. Parking costs €3.5 (excluding metro ticket). To be sure of your spot, book now at booking.interparking.be. Check out the route from Bordet to Lotto Park.
- Supporters with mental and/or physical disabilities who are not wheelchair-bound can park in Victor & Jules Bertaux Avenue with their disability parking pass. Wheelchair supporters without a parking space can also park their car in this street. This is public road, the club cannot guarantee that there will be space.

These prices apply to season card holders, MAUVE+ members and all other fans. A valid ticket must be bought for ages 7 and up.

Do season card holders get priority on the sale?
Yes, both season card holders and Mauve+ members can buy tickets on a priority basis. It is a open sale which means that the season ticket seat is not reserved but you can choose from the available seats.
- Season ticket holders: 20/06 to 27/06
- Mauve+ Silver & Gold: 28/06 to 7/07
- General sale: Depending on availability starts on 8/07
I AM A SEASON TICKET HOLDER BUT CAN'T GET ACCESS TO SALES?
Please check that your subscription payment is in order, if it is not, your subscription is therefore on hold which prevents you from accessing ticket sales.

I am a season ticket holder in the wheelchair section/blind stand
As a season ticket holder in the wheelchair section/blind stand your seat is reserved, you can log in with your RSCA profile. The seat will automatically appear so you can purchase it.
I AM ON THE WAITING LIST TO PURCHASE A SEASON TICKET, HOW DO I GET TICKETS?
As long as you are on the waiting list and have not yet been able to purchase a season ticket, you will not have access to the sale during the priority period for season ticket holders and M+ members. You will be able to purchase a ticket during the general sale.
If you become a season ticket holder in the meantime, you will be able to purchase a ticket immediately.
I WANT TO BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS USING MY ACCOUNT
This is possible, just log in to our website and choose your desired seats. Each seat must be assigned to a unique MAUVE ID. This is because soccer law requires that each ticket be linked to one unique person, the one coming to the stadium.
So create an RSCA account for each person you want to buy a ticket for, how to do this can be found HERE. Then this person will receive a MAUVE ID that you can insert to the chosen seat.
Note that the Mauve ID must be part of the group currently accessing the sale (season ticket holder or Mauve+ member during the priority period)
How do I create a MAUVE ID ?
You can create a MAUVE ID by creating an RSCA account, you can do so HERE.
Where can I find my MAUVE ID?
You can find your MAUVE ID by logging into your RSCA account. The MAUVE ID can be found at the top of your personal information.
You can also find your MAUVE ID when you log in to the ticketing page. Click on your name > my account > the MAUVE ID is to the right of your name.
Do you have a season ticket? Then the MAUVE ID is on the front of the card.
I CANNOT CREATE AN RSCA PROFILE FOR MY CHILD/PERSON WITHOUT AN EMAIL ADDRESS
If you want to buy a ticket for someone without an email address you can follow the steps below;
Go to account.rsca.be > register > under email address enter your email address + name of the person without an email address (e.g.: [email protected]) along with a password of your choice. Then enter the rest of this person's information.
After creating the profile, a verification email will be sent to your email address. After clicking "Activate email address," this person's profile is created and you have a Mauve ID for this person that you can enter while purchasing tickets.
Important: When you click on "Verify my identity" in the profile, you need to indicate the under-18 option and not ITS ME. Otherwise, your information will appear on this person's profile and the purchase will not succeed.
Does my match ticket give access to the fanday?
Anyone with a ticket to the Galamatch no longer needs to register for the Fanday. Those who do not come to the Galamatch but wish to attend the autograph session after the game will have free access to the stadium after the game.
Can I sell my place on the RSCA resale
No, it is not possible to resell your place, but you can transfer your place to a friend, family member or acquaintance. You only need the MAUVE ID/email address of this person to transfer the ticket for the match. After the transfer, the friend will receive an email with a ticket.

Can I still purchase tickets on match day at the ticket office ?
No, no more tickets will be sold on game day
I am asked to sign in with ITSME or E-ID. How does that work ?
In line with stadium laws, entry to the stadium is personal. Therefore, we ask you to identify yourself the first time you buy tickets for RSCA. Online, you can do this in 2 ways.

FRIENDS & FAMILY
Add your friends or family to your RSCA account and manage the purchase.
Advantage: you can make all purchases from 1 RSCA account without having to log in separately.
How to do it?
Log in --> click on your name --> my account --> scroll down --> enter a valid e-mail address of a friend/family member who has an RSCA account.
Have this friend/family member log in online once with their email address --> accept the request
