Practical information
- If you buy a ticket, please print your ticket. If you have the latest version of the app, you can also enter by scanning with your smartphone. Just make sure there are no cracks in your screen.
- It's forbidden to bring large bags. Only bags with a maximum size of an A4 sheet are allowed.
- Umbrellas with an iron tip are not allowed. Stewards will accept a smaller umbrella with a blunt tip.
Parking
- Parking is prohibited on Kaudenaarde Street, Broek Street and around the water basin. The police will carry out checks. Last game against Ajax, 12 vehicles were fined and some even were towed. Read below where are allowed to park your car.
- Parking Westland is available before the match and costs €10. Payment can be made by cash, credit card and Pcard+. Reservations can be made in advance via booking.interparking.be. More information at interparking.be.
- Parking CERIA-COOVI is available. From this parking, take the metro towards Hermann-Debroux to the Saint-Guidon stop. If you buy a metro ticket, parking is free, your metro ticket is validated at the ticket machine.
- Parking Bordet at the Erasmus Hospital is open. From here you can take the metro at Erasmus to Saint-Guidon stop. Parking costs €3.5 (excluding metro ticket). To be sure of your spot, you can book now at booking.interparking.be.
- Parking Decathlon is available, but De Lijn's shuttle is no longer offered. Supporters can take the metro from this parking lot via stop 'Eddy Merckx' (5 min walk) to stop 'Sint-Guido'. From Sint-Guido it is a few minutes walk to the Lotto Park. The total travel time from parking Decathlon to Lotto Park is 22 minutes.

I WANT TO BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS WITH MY ACCOUNT
This is possible, just log in to our website and choose your desired seats. Each seat must be assigned to one unique MAUVE ID. This is because the Football Law requires that each ticket is linked to one unique person, the one coming to the stadium.
So create an RSCA account for each person you want to buy a ticket for, how to do this can be found HERE. Then this person will receive a MAUVE ID that you can assign to the chosen seat.
HOW DO I CREATE A MAUVE ID?
You can create a MAUVE ID by creating an RSCA account, you can do this HERE.
AS A MAUVE GOLD & SILVER MEMBER, CAN I PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL TICKET DURING THE PRIORITY PERIOD?
Yes, you can purchase 1 additional ticket for a non-M+ member.
You can also purchase for other M+ members and -21 year olds during the priority period
I CAN'T CREATE A RSCA PROFILE FOR MY CHILD/PERSON WITHOUT AN EMAIL ADDRESS
If your child does not have an email address yet, you can take the following steps to create an RSCA profile
Go to account.rsca.be > register > fill in your email address + name of the child (for example: [email protected]) together with a password of your choice. Then fill in the rest of the child's information.
After creating the profile a verification email will be sent to your email address. After clicking "Activate email address" the child's profile is created and you have a Mauve ID for the child that you can enter during the ticket purchase.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TICKET TO PRINT IT?
1. Go to our website and log in
2. Click on your name, then on "my account".
3. Go to "tickets"
4. Click on the arrow at the bottom right to download your ticket
CAN I SELL MY SEAT ON THE SECOND HAND MARKET ?
No, it is not possible to resell your place, but you can share your place with a friend, family member or acquaintance. You only need the MAUVE ID/email address of this person to transfer the place for the desired match. After transferring, the friend/acquaintance will receive an email with a ticket. More info HERE
CAN I STILL BUY TICKETS ON MATCHDAY AT THE TICKETING COUNTER ?
No, no more tickets will be sold on match day
I AM ASKED TO SIGN UP WITH ITSME OR E-ID. HOW DOES THAT WORK?
In line with stadium legislation, access to the stadium is personal. Therefore, we ask you to identify yourself the first time you buy tickets for RSCA. Online you can do this in 2 ways.

FRIENDS & FAMILY
Add your friends or family to your RSCA account and manage the purchase.
Advantage: you can manage all purchases from 1 RSCA account without having to log in separately.
How to do it?
Log in --> click on your name --> my account --> scroll down --> enter a valid e-mail address of a friend or family member who has an RSCA account.
Have this friend/family member log in online once with their email address --> accept the request
You are linked and can now buy for each other
